Sam got to go on his first deer hunt with dad opening weekend, last weekend. He was exhausted but had a great time and reportedly didn't want to come home. John was probably most grateful for the iPad and the fact that another guy brought his son who was Sam's age...both provided entertainment. They didn't get anything, but two deer were shot on another part of the lease and Sam got to see them. Sam said that his favorite part was shooting his new BB gun, at the deer and grasshoppers. John said Sam had a great weekend!
I asked John to at least take some pictures with his phone to document the weekend...
