Texas Rangers

John and I got to go to the final game of the ALCS a few of weeks ago and watch the Rangers win their first ever American League Championship AND keep the Yankees out of the World Series.  It ended up serving as our anniversary gift which was fitting given we spent several nights of our honeymoon in Mexico watching the Red Sox beat the Yankees in the 2004 ALCS keeping them out of the World Series that year too.
