Sam's First Drawing of a Person

I've been waiting for this to happen (I read a book called Young at Art, that I absolutely love, and I've been amazed watching Sam go through the stages of writing/drawing development just as the author described.)...Sam drew a person for the first (that I've seen) while he and I were at dinner the other night.  No prompting on my part...just drew it.  He named him the "Mean Machine".  See his mean left eye...he drew that eye and said he was mean.  (Ironically he had just finished up a week at summer camp and had a mean teacher...which is another story that isn't worth going into, but, I wonder if this is her?)   Mean Machine even has ears.  And just in case you're wondering why his right arm looks like it has a growth...that's an elbow.
