Sam is! He just doesn't like wearing them. I can get them on him in the morning, but somehow by the afternoon he's usually lost them somewhere. I actually have to check him when we go out in the afternoons...and, yes, there have been times that I don't think about it and he spends his whole afternoon, out and about, without them.
He and my mom had a funny conversation when she was here last month. She was driving to the mall with the boys and asked Sam if he had his undies on, to which he responded,
"Aw, Nana, come on, I just don't like wearing them!"
