Visiting the Dentist

Sam has really stepped it up with the gag reflex. It started getting worse after his Thanksgiving Night stomach bug, and now having a baby brother who spits up all the time has really gotten to him.  The poor, sweet, hygienist at the dentist this week had quite a time trying to clean his teeth with their nasty, gritty, toothpaste.  Next time, she said, I could bring his own toothpaste.
